Refunds and cancellations

Credits

Credits are delivered to your account immediately after payment. Because they are a digital service delivered instantly, purchased credits are not refundable and cannot be converted to cash.

If you were charged but did not receive credits, or were charged twice, write to — with the payment reference and we will fix it or refund the payment to the original method. When a purchase is refunded, its unused credits are removed.

Consultations

You can reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to the time shown when you booked. If the astrologer does not join, you receive a full refund automatically. If you do not join within the time shown, the session is treated as completed.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
